Our office is B 004 in the Dattatray CHSL, which is located on Sopara Road in Bolinj. That is over in Virar West, which is part of the Vasai-Thane region. Since we are based in a cooperative housing society building, it doesn’t feel like a cold or distant corporate office. It feels like we are part of the local neighborhood. Chartians Tech is just a small operation. We have our workspace set up on the ground floor, which makes it easy to get in and out. Virar is a long way out for some people, but for us, it is just where we work. The commute around here can be pretty tough, so we are glad to have a steady spot. We spend our hours working on various tech things and digital projects. The office is a little bit crowded with all the gear and stacks of papers, but it is our space and it works. You can hear the sounds of the residential society around us—kids playing outside or neighbors talking—which is actually quite nice compared to a silent office block. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the tech work that comes our way. Some days are slow and we just chat, and other days we are working late into the night. It is just the reality of running a small business in Virar.
