Channeltech Systems is located in Gala No 08 at the Madhuram Industrial Estate in Vasai. We are part of that large industrial stretch in the Thane district of Maharashtra. It is an industrial gala, so it is exactly what you would expect—high ceilings, big metal doors, and the constant hum of other businesses working nearby. We aren't in a shiny glass office building with fancy carpets. It is more of a practical, hands-on kind of place where things actually get built or fixed. We have our systems set up and we work through our technical tasks day by day. Vasai has its own specific rhythm, and being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by people who are busy making things. It is a no-nonsense environment, which suits us just fine. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoon, and the noise from the street can be a lot, but we just get on with it. We keep our space organized enough so we can find our tools and files. It isn't about looking impressive for visitors because we don't really get many; it's just about getting the work done. We have been in this gala for some time now and it feels right for us. We take our breaks, talk about what’s happening in town, and then get back to it.
