Capital Softs

Capital Softs is located at Shop 45 in Om Plaza, which is right opposite the Nalasopara station. Being on the West side of the station means we are right in the middle of all the noise and activity. It’s a very lively spot, especially during the commute hours when thousands of people are passing by. Our office is more like a small shop than a corporate headquarters. We have some computers set up and some basic shelving for our records. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning running all day or expensive lighting. We just have the basics to get through our workload. We don't do much marketing or have any big slogans. People usually see our sign as they walk to the station. We spend our day handling different tasks and talking to the people who drop by. It’s a very grounded way of working. Sometimes the station announcements are so loud we have to pause for a second, but it’s part of the charm of being here. We know the other shop owners in Om Plaza, and it feels like a small community. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish our work and do it right. It’s a simple, honest business located in a very busy part of Nalasopara.
