Biltech Building Elements Ltd.

Biltech Building Elements Ltd. is basically what we do here in the village of Gowade. We are right on the Palghar Manor Highway, so you see a lot of trucks passing by all day. It’s a busy spot but it’s not fancy or anything. The yard is mostly filled with concrete blocks and other building stuff. We spend a lot of time outside in the sun or under the shed when it rains. The highway noise is just something we got used to over the years. We started this place because we wanted to be close to the local construction sites. It is just a practical setup for moving heavy things. The village of Gowade is quiet mostly, but our factory keeps a steady rhythm. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, but that is part of the job. We don’t have a big office with air conditioning. Just a simple room where we keep the paperwork. Our guys are mostly from around here. We know the neighbors and the local drivers who come to pick up the orders. Some days are long, especially when we have to get a big shipment out to Palghar. We don't do much marketing. People just see the sign from the highway and stop in. It’s a straightforward business and we just keep the machines running to make the elements people need for their houses. It is just honest work and we like being part of this local area.
