Bandhu Masale

Bandhu Masale is located in Kelva, right on Kelva Road. We are near the railway station, which is very handy for getting things moved around. We focus on industrial machinery for spices, so the place is usually full of metal parts and the smell of ground chilies or turmeric. It’s a loud environment because the machines are often being tested or repaired. We aren't located in a fancy industrial park. It’s just a spot we’ve had for years. The guys who work here are all from around Kelva. We don't have a human resources department or a corporate handbook. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over tea. Sometimes the machines are stubborn and don't want to work, and we spend all day with grease up to our elbows. We don't have a glossy brochure to show people. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor and comes by the shop. The proximity to the station means there’s always people passing by. We keep our doors open most of the time to let the air in. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We make machinery, we fix things, and we help people process their spices. It’s been our life for a long time now. We aren't looking to expand into a giant empire; we just like doing what we know how to do for the local community.
