Amul Ice Cream Parlour

At Bhayander East, over by Jesal Park 12, you will find our Amul Ice Cream Parlour. It’s a nice enough spot, especially in the evenings when families come out for a walk. Jesal Park is a busy area, and we get a lot of kids coming in after playing outside. The shop isn't huge, but we have the freezers lined up and enough room for a few people to stand around. It gets really crowded on Sundays. Sometimes the electricity acts up and we have to worry about the stock, but mostly it is fine. We handle the daily routine ourselves. It is mostly about keeping the place clean and making sure we have the popular flavors people ask for. People in Bhayander seem to like their sweets. We see the same faces every week, mostly neighbors from the nearby buildings. It is not like those big fancy cafes in the city. We just have a simple counter and the familiar blue and red signs. Working here means you see a lot of happy kids, which is a nice way to spend the day. The heat in the afternoon can be a bit much, but once the sun goes down, it cools off and the crowds start coming. We just stay open until late and then head home ourselves. It is a quiet life compared to the main city, and we like it that way. We don't have much to complain about.
