We are tucked away at House No Pl03/242 in Baagpadapelhar Gaon, which is part of the Vasai East area in Palghar. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here because the lanes in the gaon can be a bit confusing and the numbers don't always go in order. 9Percent Ecommerce (Opc) Private Limited is basically just us working out of this small space. It’s a quiet village setting most of the time, though you hear the usual neighborhood noises like kids playing or someone’s radio nearby. We handle different online retail tasks and manage various inventory lists from our desks. It’s nothing like those big fancy offices you see in the city. We have a few computers, some sturdy tables, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around the place. The internet can be temperamental when it rains heavily, but we manage to get things done. Most of the people here in Baagpadapelhar know us as the folks who are always on their screens. We started this because we wanted to run a business from our own locality instead of traveling for hours. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full blast. We don't have a big team, just a few dedicated people. We spend our days checking orders and making sure everything is moving along. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits. It is more about getting the daily work finished.
