Shiv Shakti Industries

Shiv Shakti Industries is based at Plot No. 166 in the GIDC Estate. We are a manufacturing company, which basically means we have a bunch of machines running all day long. The building is a simple one, and it has been part of this estate for a long time. It can get quite loud inside when everything is turned on, so we are all pretty used to speaking up. We make various industrial items, and we usually have a few different projects going on at the same time. The staff here is small but we have been working together for years, so everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing without being told. We don't have any polished marketing brochures or a big sales team. Usually, if someone wants to buy something, they just come by the plot and talk to us directly. The floor is concrete and often has some leftovers from the production process, but we try to keep things organized. We have a small area near the front where we keep the records and handle the phone calls. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady and it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on getting the work done and making sure the products are solid. Sometimes we have to stay a bit later to finish up a big order, but that is just part of being in the manufacturing business here in the GIDC.
