You can find us at the Sidco Industrial Estate in Alathur. We have a few different units here—numbers 101, 102, 107, and 108. Having the space spread out like that means a lot of walking back and forth between the sheds, but it works for us. Vv Met Lavs Ltd. is really just a place where things get made and tested. It’s loud, it’s dusty, and the machinery is always humming in the background. The industrial estate is a bit far out, so it’s mostly just us and the other factory workers out here. We don't have a fancy corporate office; our workspace is right there next to the machines. There’s always someone in greasy overalls fixing a belt or checking a gauge. We eat our lunch together in a small room that gets pretty hot in the afternoons. Alathur is known for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the neighbors. We’ve had some of the same equipment since we started, and even though it looks old, it still runs perfectly. Sometimes the truck drivers get lost trying to find our specific units, so we spend a bit of time standing out on the road waving them down. It’s a hardworking environment without any of the fluff you find in city offices. We just focus on getting the daily production numbers right and making sure everyone gets home safely.
