We work out of Sinicon House, which is located at V/57 in the Ida Kanjikode West area of Palakkad. It’s an industrial area, so there are a lot of factories and warehouses around us. Sinicon Controls Pvt Ltd is basically our home base for everything related to control systems. The building itself is named after the company, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are driving through the industrial estate. It’s a practical building, designed for work rather than looking pretty. We have a mix of office space and storage for the components we use. Palakkad can get pretty hot, but we’ve got our fans going and we just get on with the job. Being in an Ida (Industrial Development Area) means we are surrounded by other people who are also making things or fixing things. It’s a hardworking neighborhood. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving by. The team here is mostly local folks who know their way around control panels and switches. We have a routine that we stick to, starting early before the heat really sets in. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work for the industries we serve. We just keep it simple at Sinicon House, focusing on the tasks right in front of us until the day is done.
