R I T Cad Center

Our place is in Perintalmanna, right in the middle of all the action on Hospital Road. We are on the 3rd floor of the Royal Plaza Building. If you look out from our floor, you can see the KSRTC stand right opposite. It is a very busy view with all the buses coming in and out at all hours. We are the R I T Cad Center. The building itself is quite tall for this area, and being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It is mostly just rows of computers and some whiteboards for explaining things. The stairs up to the third floor are a good workout every morning since we don't always trust the lift to be fast. We have a small group of staff who have been here for a while. We know the local bus drivers and the shopkeepers downstairs. It is a very grounded place to work. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just come in, open the shutters, and start the day. Sometimes the noise from the bus stand is a bit loud, but it is just the sound of the town moving. We focus on teaching the CAD programs and don't spend much time on anything else. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment for anyone who wants to sit down and learn something new.
