Our office, known as Sreeragam, is located in Meleppuram, Palakkad. Being in this part of Kerala means we have a very different atmosphere than the big cities. It is much greener and a bit more relaxed. We provide HR consulting services to businesses in the area. Our office is basically a house, which makes it feel very welcoming and personal. We have a small group of people working here who all know each other well. We handle things like payroll, hiring advice, and general workplace issues. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls. Instead, we have comfortable rooms and a porch where we sometimes take our breaks. Most of the people we work with are local business owners from around Palakkad. They know they can just come over and talk to us when they have a problem with their staff. We do not use a lot of technical jargon; we just speak plainly. The neighborhood is quiet, with mostly homes and small shops nearby. We like it this way because it allows us to build real relationships with our clients. We do not do much advertising at all. Word of mouth is how most people find Sreeragam. It is a very simple and honest way to run an HR firm. We just do our best to help the local economy grow by supporting the people who work in it.
