Icici Prudential Lic

The office is located at H No 16 426, Ramkripa Kunnathurmedu P O, in the Chirakkad part of Palakkad. We are down in Kerala, pin code 678013. It’s a beautiful part of the country, and our Icici Prudential Lic office is right in the middle of it. The building is called Ramkripa. It’s not a high-rise, just a local structure that fits in with the neighborhood. We have a lot of green plants around the entrance which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a city office. Inside, the vibe is pretty quiet. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them clean, though people bring in a bit of sand from the road. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big management structure; we just know what needs to be done each day and we do it. The rain here can be really heavy, so we spend some time making sure no water gets near the files. People from the local village and the surrounding Chirakkad area stop in from time to time. We usually have the windows open to let in the breeze when it’s not too humid.
