Kvs Variyar

Kvs Variyar is run directly out of Laxmi Niwas, which is House number 7/162 in the Puduppariyaram area. It’s much more of a home-based setup than a big corporate office. That’s exactly how we like it, to be honest. It keeps our costs down and keeps things quiet for the most part. Puduppariyaram is a very peaceful place compared to the noise of the city. Our family has lived in this house for generations. The business basically grew out of a simple need to provide for everyone here. We don’t have a big glowing sign outside, just the name of the house on the gate. Most people end up finding us through word of mouth or a simple recommendation. If you come by to visit, you’ll probably see the kids playing in the yard or some laundry hanging out to dry in the sun. We work mostly from the front room of the house. It’s got all our old ledgers and a computer that’s a little bit slow, but it gets the job done. We don’t see the need for all the latest gadgets and technology. As long as we can keep track of our orders, it’s fine with us. Sometimes the neighbors drop by for a quick chat while we’re in the middle of working. We offer them some tea and talk about the news for a bit before getting back to the tasks. It’s a very relaxed way to live.
