Hedgro Exports & Imports Inc. is tucked away in Midhilapuri, which is in the Sriram Nagar area of Manali. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which we like because it lets us focus on our work. We deal with imports and exports, mostly moving things across different regions. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space with some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on our phones and computers, trying to track where everything is. Manali is a busy place, but our little corner in Sriram Nagar stays relatively calm. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and handle things our own way. It’s been a learning process, and we’ve made some mistakes along the way, like everyone does. But we’ve stuck with it. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the items we handle get to their destination without getting lost or broken. It’s a practical business for practical people. Most of the folks who work here have been with us for a long time. We know each other well and we know how the business runs. It’s just a normal day’s work for us here in Midhilapuri. We keep the lights on and the orders moving, and that is enough for us.
