Samrat Exporters & Importers is located out in Kolayakkad, near the Mannapara Post. It’s not in the middle of a big city, which we actually prefer. Being in a more rural or quiet area like this means we don't have to deal with the same level of noise and traffic as the folks in Cochin or Kottayam. We run our export and import operations from a simple building that serves its purpose well. There aren't many bells and whistles here. We have our workspace, our storage area, and a lot of work that needs doing every single day. The mail comes through the Mannapara Post, and we’ve gotten to know the postman quite well over the years. Our daily routine involves checking on shipments and making sure the inventory is where it should be. Sometimes things go wrong, a truck breaks down or a document gets lost, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or polished marketing materials. We are just local people working in Kolayakkad, trying to make a living and keep the business moving. The air is a bit fresher out here, and we like the slower pace of life when we aren't busy with a big order. It’s just a plain, hard-working place where we get things done. It doesn't need to be fancy for the work to be good and the days to be full.
