Cops

We are located at the Kanhirapuzha Farm Club, over in Irumbochola. The name of the business is Cops, though we aren't the police. We’re out here in a more rural part of the area, which is a nice change from the city noise. Our work involves the farm club and the community around it. It’s a green space, and we spend a lot of time outdoors or in the small office we have here. There is always something to do, whether it’s checking on the grounds or talking to the members who come by. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear comfortable clothes and don't mind getting a bit of dirt on our shoes. The weather out in Irumbochola can be unpredictable, so we’re always keeping an eye on the clouds. We have a lot of regular visitors, and we know most of them by name. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still have plenty of tasks to keep us busy. We don’t use much technology here, just the basics to keep the records straight. Sometimes we just sit on the porch and discuss the plans for the next season. It’s a simple way of living and working. We focus on the land and the people who use it. It’s honest work that makes us feel like we’re part of the neighborhood.
