At Cheenus Catering And Events, we operate from our home called Sreelakshmi in C N Puram. We are situated in the Puthur area of Palakkad, right near the Shiva Temple. This is a very traditional part of town, and we’ve lived here for a long time. Our work is mostly focused on Brahmin catering for weddings and religious ceremonies around Palakkad - 678005. The kitchen is where everything happens, and it’s often filled with the smell of spices and fresh vegetables early in the morning. Since we are near the Shiva temple, we get a lot of people stopping by to ask about our services after their morning prayers. We don't have a big office or a marketing team. It’s just us and a few helpers who know the traditional recipes by heart. We take care of the cooking and the arrangements for the events ourselves. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when we have two events on the same day, but we manage to get through it somehow. The streets in Puthur can be narrow, so moving the big vessels around is a bit of a challenge for the workers. We enjoy the work because it keeps us connected to our roots and the local community.
