Bhartipay Services Private Limited is set up in Ward No: 1 of Thrithala Panchayath. The building number is 273 E on Kumbidi Thiruvu Road. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main part of Palakkad, but it’s easy to find once you get onto the road. We do a lot of service work here, mostly helping folks with their payments and digital stuff that can be confusing. The office is just a simple room with a few computers and a printer that jams occasionally. We spent all last week trying to fix the cooling because it gets really hot in Palakkad during the summer months. There are a few of us working here, and we usually take turns going out for lunch so someone is always at the desk. We started this because we saw people struggling with online forms and money transfers. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a local spot where we try to be helpful. The walls are a bit bare, and we still haven't put up a proper sign out front, but the locals know where we are. We get a lot of dust from the road when the trucks go by, so we have to wipe the screens down every morning. It’s just regular work for regular people. The road out front was supposed to be paved last month but they haven't gotten around to it yet. We just make do with what we have.
