Cmj Associates

We have our office for Cmj Associates over in Parisakkal. It is a small setup, just a couple of rooms in a building that has been here for years. We do not have a big staff or a fancy reception desk with a phone operator. Usually, when you walk in, you just see one of us working at a desk covered in files. We handle paperwork for people in the area who need help with their documents. The ceiling fan in our main room has a bit of a wobble to it, but it works fine for keeping the air moving. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. Parisakkal is a friendly neighborhood, and we often have people just popping in to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't use any complicated marketing talk. We just explain things in plain English so everyone understands what is going on. Our windows look out onto a quiet street, which is nice because it isn't too noisy. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people on the block. We keep our own records and do our own cleaning. It is a very independent way of working. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish the day's work and do a good job for the neighbors. There is a small rug on the floor that has faded over the years, but it makes the room feel more like home.
