Our office is down in Ramanathapuram, which is a part of Palakkad in Kerala. Benchmark Certification Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Most of the people working here are local, so we all know the shortcut paths and where to get a decent lunch nearby. The building is just a standard one, nothing that stands out too much from the street view. Inside, we have our files and desks organized so we can keep track of everything we do. Certification work involves a lot of paperwork and checking things, so there’s usually a lot of reading and typing going on. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone trying to sell things.
