Anjana Motor Driving School

We are located right at Royal Junction in Vadakkencherry. If you are driving through Palakkad, you have probably passed us. Our office is small, just enough for a desk and a few chairs for people to wait. We have a couple of cars parked outside most of the time. They have the L boards on them. Teaching people to drive on these roads takes a lot of patience. The traffic near the junction can get a bit much during the morning hours. We start early when the roads are still a bit empty. It is better for the beginners that way. Our instructors have been doing this for years. They know all the little turns and the tricky spots around Vadakkancherry Mbr. We spend a lot of time sitting in the passenger seat, watching the pedals. The cars get a bit dusty from the road, so we try to wash them when there is a gap in the schedule. People come to us nervous, but they usually leave feeling a bit more sure of themselves. We keep the paperwork in some old filing cabinets in the back. It is a straightforward business. No big waiting rooms or fancy coffee machines here. Just the basics you need to learn how to handle a vehicle. Some days the rain makes the lessons harder, but that is part of learning. We just take it slow and make sure everyone stays safe.
