Manjara-Feed Agro Producer Company Limited is a bit different because we are a producer company. We are based out of Bahula, which is in the Kallam Taluka of Osmanabad district. If you are looking for us, we are C/O Ganesh Chandrakant Kothawale. It’s a very rural setting, which makes sense because we are all about agro and feed. Most of our work involves working with the local farmers around here. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or in small storage sheds. The weather really dictates our schedule. If it’s raining, everything slows down. If it’s harvest time, we are working late into the night. It’s a community-driven thing, really. We started this because the farmers in Bahula needed a better way to handle their feed and agro products. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a functional hub where people gather to discuss crops and prices. Sometimes we have meetings sitting on plastic chairs under a tree or in a small room. It feels very real and grounded. We deal with the challenges of being in a remote district like Osmanabad, like transport issues or fluctuating market rates. But we stick together and try to make sure everyone involved gets a fair deal. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have many employees, just local folks helping each other out.
