R.Junior Software Solutions Llp is situated on the 5th floor of Iswarya Enclaves. It’s building number 3. You have to come down Bmps Road in Prasadampadu to find us. We are in the Vijayawada-Krishna area of India. Being on the fifth floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and chairs. We spend most of our day writing code and fixing bugs. It isn't the most exciting thing to talk about at dinner, but we enjoy it. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we usually have to wait a while. We know the security guard at the gate pretty well. He’s been there as long as we have. We aren't a massive software house with thousands of people. It’s a small group of us who actually know what we are doing. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all have to take a break. We usually just talk about cricket or what we’re having for dinner.
