We are over here on the third floor of the Co Operative Bank colony building in Mogalrajupuram. It's a busy part of the city. We mostly spend our days looking at screens and trying to figure out software problems for people who need them fixed. Sometimes the coffee machine works and sometimes it doesn't. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of us grew up around here or moved for the work. There’s a lot of traffic outside usually, so it stays pretty noisy near the windows. Osher It And Software Solutions Private Limited isn't a huge place with fancy lobby art or anything like that. It’s just a group of us sitting at desks. We handle different IT tasks. If something breaks on a computer or a program isn't acting right, we try to get it sorted out. The office is in Revenue Colony, and it’s pretty easy to find if you know the landmark. We don't really do big meetings unless they are necessary. Mostly we just talk across the desks to get things done. It feels like a normal workplace. We take our breaks together and sometimes go out for food nearby. There’s a lot of local shops around here. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. It’s practical work. Not much more to say than that. We are just a local team doing software stuff in the middle of a busy neighborhood.
