We're based in the Rakesh Complex, right on the road that leads to the Two Town Police Station. It’s Shop No 2 and Flat 335. Being so close to the police station means it's a pretty safe area, and almost everyone in town knows where it is, which makes giving directions easier. Chiyaa Techno Solutions India Private Limited is basically just a group of us who like fixing technical problems and working with computers. We have been in this complex for a good while now. It’s a busy street outside, with lots of people moving around and cars honking. The office isn't huge at all. It actually gets a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work and don't mind the close quarters. We handle all sorts of tech stuff, from computer systems to whatever other digital issues come our way. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty from all the road traffic passing by outside, but we try to keep it clean. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors, but mostly it's just our workstations taking up the space. It’s definitely not a corporate environment. We wear our regular everyday clothes and talk like normal people. If a computer breaks, we're the ones looking at it ourselves. We don't have any big marketing team or people in suits. Most of our work comes from locals just knowing we are here in the complex. We spend our mornings setting things up and our afternoons finishing tasks.
