We are out in Nemali Village, located at H.No-2-48 on Gandhi Street. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but that is why we like it. Gampalagudem Mandal is a good area to be based in if you want to stay grounded. Avismo Tech Private Limited isn’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team working from a house on the street. It is practical for us. We deal with technology every day, even though we are in a more rural setting. People sometimes wonder how we do tech work from a village, but the internet works fine and we have everything we need. Our office space is simple. We have our computers set up and we spend our hours writing code or fixing technical issues. It is a very straightforward way of working. We don't have fancy office furniture or a lounge. We just have our chairs and our desks. On Gandhi Street, everyone knows each other, so it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around. We just want to do good work and support ourselves here in Nemali. It is a peaceful way to live and work. We just take things one day at a time and finish the tasks we are given. It is a slow but steady life here.
