Incogsys Software Systems Private Limited

Our place is located on Naktala Road, number 4A/1A/29, right here in Kolkata. Incogsys Software Systems is what we call ourselves. It’s a typical Kolkata neighborhood, a bit crowded and full of life. The office is really just a simple room where we've set up our computers. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the sounds of the street outside. It’s not a polished, shiny office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a bit mismatched. But it's our space. We do software work, which mostly means we sit in front of screens for hours. We aren't a big firm with layers of management. If you call, you'll probably talk to one of the three or four people who actually do the coding. We try to keep things straightforward. There's usually a lot of tea drinking and arguing about how to fix a bug. It gets pretty humid in the summer, but we make do with a couple of fans. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves instead of a big corporation. It's a lot of work, but we prefer the independence. We're just a local software shop trying to do things right. Sometimes the rain makes the roof a bit noisy, but we don't mind much.
