Ideaexo is based out of Villa No-58 in a community called The Neighbourhood in Gundlapochampally. It's a bit of a trek from the main part of Hyderabad, but it's much quieter out here. We liked the idea of working from a villa rather than a cramped office block in the middle of the city. It gives us a bit more space to breathe and think. We mostly handle IT services, which involves a lot of remote work and managing servers for people. There are usually three or four of us here at any given time. We’ve turned the living area into a workspace and the kitchen is where we spend a lot of time making coffee. It's a very relaxed way to work. We don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. If the work gets done and the clients are happy, that’s all we care about. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re trying to code, but it adds a nice life to the place. We’ve been here for a while now and the routine has become second nature. We handle technical support, software updates, and general IT maintenance. It’s not glamorous, but it’s honest work and we take pride in doing it right. Being in Kompally means we avoid the worst of the Hyderabad traffic, which is a big plus for all of us. We just keep things simple and focus on the tasks we have for the day. It is a good way to work.
