Compsetvision Technosoft Private Limited is situated on the 16th floor of Shri Audumber Grihasanstha. That’s at 12 A + B, Plot 23, right on Sinhagad Road in the Parvati area of Pune. Being up on the 16th floor means we have a really great view of Pune, especially during the monsoon when everything turns green. It’s a long way up, so we definitely rely on the elevators here. Sinhagad Road is always packed with vehicles, so we hear the honking even from up high. Our office space is divided between parts A and B, which gives us a bit of room to spread out. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. We do technosoft work, which is basically just software development and technical support. It’s a lot of problem-solving. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. We just have developers and support staff who are trying to do a good job. The building is a housing society too, so it feels a bit different than a purely commercial building. There’s a mix of families and businesses. We try to be quiet and not bother anyone. Most of us bring our own lunch or get something from the canteen downstairs. It’s a straightforward, hardworking environment. We aren't looking for awards; we just want to keep the business running smoothly and keep our clients happy.
