Design House

Design House is located at number 40 on the Anand Nagar Main Road. Being right on the main road means we see a lot of the local life passing by our front window. We have a small shopfront that we’ve turned into our main working area. There’s a lot of traffic noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a lot of paper, and a few old chairs for when people stop by to talk. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, one of us is just sitting there near the door and will look up when someone walks in. The walls are covered with sketches and notes that we’ve pinned up over the months. It’s a bit of a mess, to be honest, but it’s a productive kind of mess. We drink a lot of chai from the guy who comes around with a kettle in the mornings. It’s a good way to start the day. Sometimes the internet goes out when there’s a big storm, so we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of rules. We’re just a small team working out of Anand Nagar, trying to do a good job and get home in time for dinner. It is a simple place where the work gets finished eventually.
