You can find us at Venus Apartment in Sector 9, Rohini. We’re in House Number 28, Block F. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main markets in North West Delhi. Vision Visa is basically just us helping folks figure out their travel papers and applications. People come in with piles of documents, looking a bit stressed out or confused. We try to straighten things out for them and make sure nothing is missing. It’s a lot of forms and checking dates over and over again. We’ve got a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. Sometimes the wait is long because the websites for the embassies are slow or just don't work. We just keep at it until it's done. It’s not an exciting job, but it’s important for families trying to go abroad or students heading to college. We see a lot of people wanting to visit relatives in other countries. Rohini is a big place, but our little corner in Sector 9 stays pretty steady throughout the week. We usually have a fan going and some files stacked up on the side table. It’s a simple office. We don’t have fancy decorations, just the stuff we need to get the visa applications finished. Every day is a lot of scanning, typing, and photocopying. We make sure the address is right and the photos are the right size for the requirements.
