Joint Network

Joint Network is located right across from the Kv Schools in Uttam Nagar, specifically in the Hastshal Village area. It’s a spot that’s easy to find if you know where the schools are. We’re mostly dealing with cables, routers, and making sure people can stay connected. The office is usually a bit cluttered with boxes and rolls of wire. We spend a lot of time out on the road visiting customers or climbing up to check connections on the poles. It’s not a desk job where you sit still all day. We get calls at all hours when someone’s internet goes down, and we try to get to them as fast as we can. The weather can make things difficult, especially when it rains and we have to worry about the outdoor lines. Hastshal Village has a local feel to it, and we know many of the families around here. We aren't a big corporation with a call center. When you call us, you’re usually talking to one of the guys who actually goes out to do the repairs. We keep things pretty simple. If something is broken, we try to find the break and fix it. Sometimes it takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just the nature of the work. We’ve got a small motorbike we use to get through the narrow lanes when the traffic gets bad. It’s just us doing our part to keep the neighborhood online.
