We started Solar Pv Engineers a while back and set up our office at B - 4/285 in Rohini Sector - 7. It’s a pretty busy part of Delhi, and we spend a lot of our time out on roofs rather than sitting behind desks. Solar isn't exactly a new thing anymore, but a lot of people still have questions about how it all works with the grid and the batteries. We just try to explain it in a way that makes sense without using too much technical talk. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who are good with their hands and understand the electrical side of things. We’ve done installations on small houses and some larger commercial buildings too. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on you in the middle of summer, but that’s when the panels work best, so it’s a bit of a trade-off. We keep our equipment in the back of the office and there's usually a bit of a mess with wires and boxes everywhere. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people just find us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We focus on getting the mounting brackets right and making sure the wiring is tidy so nothing shorts out later on. It’s just honest work. We're usually around from morning until late afternoon, unless we're finishing up a job somewhere else in the city.
