M S Consulting Engineering Services is based in Sector 3 of Rohini, New Delhi. Our exact spot is G 28 39. Rohini is a huge place, but Sector 3 has its own feel to it. We’ve been set up here for a bit, doing the usual engineering and consulting work. Our office is full of maps, blueprints, and various tools we use for our surveys. It’s not the neatest place in the world, as there is always some project spread out across the main table. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and trying to make sense of the local building rules. It can be a bit of a headache dealing with all the regulations, but that is just part of the job. We are a small team, so we don't have anyone to do the minor tasks for us; we handle everything ourselves. Whether it's answering the phone or going out to a site in the heat, we just do what needs to be done. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to finish the work we have and move on to the next thing. It's a quiet office for the most part, except for the sound of the fan and the occasional traffic outside. We like the location because it’s easy for us to get to different parts of Delhi from here. It’s a simple, no-nonsense kind of business.
