Shyam Pharma

We operate out of S-67 in the Badami Industrial Area. Our space is on the ground floor, which makes it much easier to move things in and out without dealing with stairs. We are right near the MTNL office—the address says MPNL, but everyone knows it as the big telecom building you can't miss. Shyam Pharma has been in this industrial patch for several years now. It’s a lot of grey buildings and trucks, but we like the pace of it. Being on the ground floor is a blessing when the heat hits in the summer because it stays a bit cooler. We spend most of our hours checking labels and making sure the inventory matches the paperwork. It’s repetitive work, but someone has to do it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure our daily tasks are finished by evening so we can head home. The industrial area can be quite noisy with all the machinery and trucks nearby, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We have a small table in the corner where we sit and have our tiffin. Most of the guys working here live nearby, so we all walk or bike to work. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR team. It’s just us, the stock, and the orders we need to fill. We keep it simple because that’s the only way we know how to run things.
