Uni-Pex Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is located deep inside the Dsiec Industrial Complex in Narela, at D-1651. It’s a busy area full of trucks and the smell of exhaust. Our unit is just one of many in the row, and it’s nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly warehouse space with high ceilings and metal racks. We’ve been working here for years, and the floor is stained from all the crates we’ve moved around. It’s a lot of physical work, especially during the summer months when the Narela heat really hits the metal roof. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning in every room. We just have a few big fans and keep the doors open to catch any breeze we can. The team here is small, mostly people from the local area who don’t mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We spend our days checking batches and making sure the labels are straight. There isn't any marketing budget for glossy brochures or anything like that. We just rely on our long-term contacts and the fact that we’ve been in the complex for so long. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, chatting by the loading dock. It’s a plain, hardworking life in an industrial park, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of it all.
