Shake Square

We are tucked away in Burari Village at house number 235. It is a lively spot, especially in the evenings when the weather finally cools down and people come out. We make a lot of different shakes and cold drinks here. The blenders are going almost non-stop during the hot summer months. It is not a big fancy cafe with expensive furniture, just a simple place where people can get a drink. We get a lot of younger people coming by after they finish school or work. The walls have some old posters on them, and the seating is just some basic metal stools we bought years ago. We try to keep things clean, but with all the milk and syrups, it is a constant battle. The street outside is usually crowded with bikes and people walking through the village. We have been in Burari for a bit now, and we know many of the regulars who come in every day. Sometimes we experiment with new flavors if we happen to have the right ingredients on hand. It is mostly just me and a couple of helpers behind the counter. We do not have a big menu, just what we know we can make quickly. It gets quite loud in here with the music and the sound of the blenders, but that is just how the place is. It is a good spot to just grab a drink and talk.
