Versha Ghee is based in Rohini, Sector-5, at C-3/100. It’s a straightforward business because ghee is a straightforward product. Our office is small and tucked away in a residential area. We don't have a big factory here; it’s more of an administrative spot where we handle the orders and the books. The place usually has a faint smell of dairy, which we’ve all gotten used to. We have a small team of four or five people. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy goals. We just want to make sure the ghee we sell is what people expect. Rohini is a big area, but Sector-5 has a nice community feel. We know the postman and the other business owners nearby. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We have a small table where we sit and have tea together in the morning. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a group of people working together to run a small company and keep things going. Sometimes the delivery trucks can't find our specific house number, so one of us has to go out to the main road to wave them down. It’s just part of the daily routine here.
