Sarveshwari Technologies Ltd.

Our spot is at Plot No B-287 in the Mongolpuri Industrial Area, Phase 1. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of small shops and bigger warehouses all mixed together. Sarveshwari Technologies has been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The building itself is pretty plain, just a functional space where we get things done. We work on a variety of technical products, mostly things for the automotive or industrial sectors. The workshop floor is usually a bit of a mess with parts and tools scattered around, but there’s a logic to it that we all understand. We don’t really have a front desk person to greet you; you usually just walk in and find whoever isn't busy with a machine. It gets quite loud during the day with the sound of grinding and metal work. We try to keep things organized, but when we have a big order to get out, the priority is the work, not the cleaning. Most of the people working here have lived in this part of Delhi for most of their lives. We don’t go in for big speeches or corporate slogans. We just take the drawings or the requests that come in and see how we can make them happen. It’s practical, everyday labor. Some days the power goes out or a delivery truck gets stuck, but we just deal with it and keep moving forward.
