You’ll find S K Spices Llp over in Model Town II. We are located at H-2/4 on the ground floor, specifically the front portion of the building. Being on the ground floor makes it a lot easier for loading and unloading the spice bags. We don’t have to deal with any stairs here, which is a relief for our backs. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need to do. We spend our days dealing with different types of whole and ground spices. The smell of cumin and coriander is pretty much stuck in our clothes now. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around this part of North West Delhi. Most of the time, we’re just busy packing orders or checking on the inventory. It’s a practical setup with metal shelves and a few weighing scales. We don’t go in for any of that corporate stuff. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us mid-task. It’s often a bit chaotic when a big delivery arrives, but we have a system that works for us. Model Town is a good area to be in, and being at the front of the building gives us a bit of visibility. We just focus on keeping the supplies moving and making sure the labels are on straight. It’s simple, everyday work that keeps us on our toes.
