Kats Computer Solution

Kats Computer Solution is tucked away in Sector No. 7 in Rohini. We have been in this part of Rohini for quite a while now. Our day is mostly spent looking at computer screens or taking apart laptops. People bring us their machines when they stop working or get too slow. It’s a lot of troubleshooting. Sometimes it's a simple fix and other times it takes a few days to figure out what is wrong. We don't have a big flashy store. It’s just a functional space with tools and spare parts everywhere. We try to keep things organized but it’s hard when you have so many different projects going on. We know the Sector 7 area well. It’s a busy place with a lot of people living and working nearby. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few blocks away. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here. We talk to people in plain English about what is wrong with their tech. We don't use a lot of big words if we can help it. It’s just about getting the computers back in working order. That is what we do every day from morning until we close up shop. It's a steady life and we like helping out the neighbors. Sometimes it gets frustrating when a part doesn't arrive on time, but we manage somehow.
