Ratna Pharma

Ratna Pharma is located in the Badli area. The easiest way for anyone to find us is to look for the Post Office, because we are right near it. Badli has a bit of a different feel compared to the center of Delhi. It’s a bit more spread out but still busy in its own way with local traffic and people. Our place is very simple. We don’t have a massive glass front or a lobby with a receptionist to greet you when you walk in. Usually, you’ll just see a couple of us sitting behind desks piled with papers and old folders. We handle pharma stuff, mostly just getting things from one place to another. Being near the Post Office is handy for mail and keeping track of deliveries. The building we are in is nothing special to look at from the outside. It’s just a functional space for our daily work. We have some shelves, a computer that’s a few years old, and a lot of files. The local chai wallah comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to talk. We don’t have a big corporate story or anything like that. Ratna Pharma is just a local business trying to do things right every day. The floors get a little dusty because of the main road outside, so we sweep a lot. It’s a quiet life compared to the big industrial areas, but we stay busy enough with our daily tasks.
