Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital

You can find the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital over in Sector 5 of Rohini. It’s a large building because we have to fit a lot of different departments and beds for people staying with us. Cancer is a hard thing to deal with, and we see families from all over who come here looking for help. The hospital stays busy twenty-four hours a day. There are always nurses moving around the halls and machines beeping in the rooms. It’s a lot to manage. We have a large waiting area, but even then, it can get quite full during the day. The parking lot in Rohini is usually packed, which can be a bit of a headache for visitors. We have a cafeteria where people grab a quick meal or some tea. It’s not the most cheerful place, but we try to keep it clean and functional. Our staff stays very busy, and sometimes the doctors are running from one side of the building to the other. We’ve been here in Sector 5 for years, and the building has seen a lot of wear and tear, but we keep up with the repairs. It’s a big operation with a lot of moving parts, and every day is a bit different depending on who comes through the doors. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the patients are getting their treatments on schedule. It’s a long day for everyone, but we just keep at it because people depend on us.
