Klm Pharmaceutical is tucked away at No. 279 on the 1st Floor of Shivagi Market in Pitampura. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s a busy spot with people constantly moving around. Our office is a bit of a retreat from that noise. We deal with a lot of medicine boxes and medical supplies. It’s a practical space where the walls are lined with shelving units. Every morning starts with checking the temperature and making sure everything is stored exactly how it should be. We aren’t a retail pharmacy where people walk in for a single bandage; we handle more of the backend stuff. There’s a lot of counting and checking batch numbers on labels. The floor can get a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives, and we have to shuffle things around to make room. We share the building with several other local businesses, so the hallways are usually full of people chatting or moving crates. We try to keep our records straight on the computer, but there’s still plenty of pen-and-paper work happening on our desks. It’s the kind of place where you hear the hum of the air conditioner and the rustle of plastic packaging all day long. We don't have any fancy mission statements, just a lot of work to do to keep the supplies moving to where they’re needed. The desk chair squeaks, and there's always a stack of invoices waiting to be filed away.
