Pioneer Embroideries Limited

We are located up on the 8th floor of the TLT Twin Towers, specifically in units 807 and 808. It’s right in Netaji Subash Place in Pitampura. Being up so high, you’d think we’d have a great view, but mostly we are just looking at the other tower or the busy streets down below. The elevators can be a pain in the morning when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Our space is filled with embroidery machines that run with a very specific rhythm. It’s a lot of fine work, so everyone has to pay attention to what they’re doing. The thread cones come in every color you can think of, and they’re lined up on the walls like a rainbow. We’ve got people who have been doing this for a long time, and their hands move really fast. The floor is usually covered in tiny snips of thread that the cleaners have to deal with every night. It’s a corporate building, but our unit feels more like a workshop once you step inside. We have some desks for the admin stuff, but the bulk of the room is for the production. It gets a bit stuffy sometimes, so we're always messing with the air conditioning. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the schedule and keep the machines from jamming up.
