Violet Bags

We’ve been here in Pitampura for a while now, right in KD Block near the Kohat Enclave metro station. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find us at number 299. It’s just a small shop where we keep all sorts of bags. We started Violet Bags because we lived nearby and saw there wasn't a dedicated place for people to just pick up a decent bag without traveling too far. Some days are really busy, especially when the metro lets out and people are walking home. We have stuff for students, office goers, and just regular folks who need something to carry their groceries or clothes. It’s not a big fancy showroom with bright lights and music. Just a local shop with shelves and hooks everywhere. Most of the time it’s just me or one of the boys sitting here. We spend a lot of time organizing the stock because things get messy when people are looking through them. The weather gets hot in this part of Delhi, so we usually have the fan going full blast. People drop by, look around, sometimes they buy something, sometimes they just ask for directions to the metro. It’s a simple life here. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People just see the sign when they walk past. We’ve known the neighbors for years. It's a good spot to be, right in the middle of everything in Pitampura.
