We are located in the Vardhaman Fortune Mall, units 145 and 146. It’s right on GT Karnal Road, which is always busy with traffic heading toward Azadpur. Being near Hans Cinema makes it easy for people to find us, though the parking in the mall can be a bit of a nightmare during the day. Pilco Storage Systems Pvt Ltd is basically our office and a bit of a display area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on designs for storage setups. It’s a bit different being in a mall rather than a standalone factory, but it’s convenient for getting lunch or running errands. The air conditioning in the building struggles sometimes when it gets really hot outside. We have a lot of samples of racks and shelves sitting around, so it’s a bit cramped in the back. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we just take the stairs to save time. It’s a lively area with lots of other shops around. We see a lot of people walking by on their way to the cinema or the market. We've been here long enough that the guards know us by name. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, deal with the orders, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a decent place to work if you don't mind the noise from the main road and the usual crowds.
