Our unit is located at M-27/3 in the Badli Industrial Estate, Phase-I. It’s an older part of the industrial zone, so the roads have a few potholes and the buildings look a bit weathered. We’ve been operating from this address for a long time now. Inside, it’s all about the vats and the mixing equipment. The air has a sharp, biting scent of chemicals, which is just something we live with. We wear our boots and aprons every day, and the floor is always a bit stained from different spills over the years. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of dedicated people who know how to handle the materials safely. Our day starts at eight, and the first thing we do is check the inventory and the pressure valves. It’s a lot of manual labor, hauling sacks of powder and pouring them into the mixers. The office is just a tiny room with a metal cabinet and a fan that squeaks. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or websites. We just focus on making the batches correctly. Sometimes a batch takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying until the streetlights come on. It’s a rough and tumble kind of place, but we take pride in just getting the orders filled and keeping the equipment in working order. That’s just how we do things here in Badli.
