Ortho Speciality Clinic

At Ortho Speciality Clinic, we are tucked into Shop No A 39 40 within the North EX Mall in Sector 9, Rohini. It is a bit of a different setting for a clinic, being inside a shopping mall. You can hear the sounds of the shoppers and the mall music if you stand near the front door. We have a few rooms set aside for our work, and the waiting area is just big enough for a handful of people to sit comfortably. Most of the people who come to see us are from the Rohini area. They often mention how difficult it is to find a good parking spot on the weekends. The clinic itself is simple, with white walls and some cabinets where we keep all the patient records. We spend a lot of our time dealing with knee problems and back pain. The staff stays busy with the phone and the appointment book, trying to keep everything on schedule. It doesn't always work out that way, especially when a patient has a lot of questions. We have a small desk where the bills are handled and a corner for the water cooler. It is a very direct and functional space. Sometimes we get people who just wander in because they saw the sign while shopping. We just tell them what we do and give them a card. It’s a small, steady operation in a very busy mall that takes a bit of work to keep tidy.
